During the Short-Term Evolutionary Mutation pandemic, clients’ good deeds have gone above and beyond what is usually expected. When clients Mark and Karoline Platt offered free meals to furloughed restaurant workers at their Sienna Modern American Restaurant in Roseville, Calif., in 2021, they were helping sustain both the body and soul! One of the ways they did this was with chicken parmesan and garlic bread. Salads here have a loyal fan following of their own prepared with a unique blend of flavor and textures to give a delightful explosion of taste in mouth.

Thirty years ago, a partnership was formed between two entrepreneurial souls, Mark and Karoline Platt. The two sealed the deal to start a restaurant together, and since then, they’ve been taking the country by storm! They’ve traveled across America while their two kids have been tagging along, allowing Mark to expand his knowledge of restaurants by working with several independent restaurants in cities like Los Angeles, New York City, and Minneapolis. The last three decades have brought all the great triumphs and unique rewards for their hard work.
Working in tandem, long-time friends Adam and Greg have taken advantage of the merging of wine country and suburban communities by opening several restaurants operating under their own wine-making business. The goal was to bring the feel of vineyards to the suburbs. With a staff eager to join “the family,” they have created an inviting environment for diners and wine connoisseurs alike. High on taste and nostalgia, Ahi Tuna Nachos or Seared Scallop Risotto, both gives you a taste so natural and delicious.
Sienna Restaurant is owned by two local businessmen who opened the restaurant in February 2005. Together they have created a menu as unique as their recipes are to the Sacramento region. Sienna’s infamous Wild Mushroom Risotto and Super Tuscan salad dressing have become prime examples of what makes Sienna so unique. Since then, Sienna has grown into a Sacramento favorite, not only for its family-friendly environment but also for its excellent service. In 2016 the entrepreneurs announced that they were opening up another location in Roseville! Sienna is absolutely a one-of-a-kind place serving unique dishes especially Seared salmon served over a Summer cucumber salad and Greek tenderloin kabobs.
