Adams and Octavio have successfully mastered the recipe for culinary success, which is what made them perfect to turn their other dream into a reality —- opening up their own bar/restaurant that they would call home. Adams spearheaded most of the project while Octavio took care of creating their menu and hiring the staff. The two entrepreneurs opened Bacchus House as they had planned and it’s been a huge hit!
There are several lunch plates that one can grab at Bacchus House to satisfy midday hunger pangs. We have flash fried calamari, brie cheese puffs, wild boar sausages and shrimp-stuffed portobello mushrooms. For hot dishes, you can pick from grilled crab cakes, vegetable risotto, fresh salmon or a favorite of ours – chicken breast. We also have braised short ribs with scallops, sole, lamb ragu and halibut as well as a family of high-end steaks hand crafted by the chef himself led by the Bacchus House signature Prime Rib.
